By combining a Russian stitch pattern for the center with a beautiful, flowery border, EclatDuSoleil has designed this superb shawl in the shape of an elongated triangle. Crocheted in the London yarn, half wool and half silk, this sophisticated accessory will dress up any outfit.

The shawl is worked from the top center down and out. The border is worked without breaking the yarn, in the same direction as the center.

EclatDuSoleil worked the shawl in the pictures using 2 balls of the London yarn, available in the shop. You can of course use 800 m (880 yds) of another laceweight yarn.

Recommended hook: 3 mm (US C-2 or D-3).
