Paving - crochet scarf
Follow EclatDuSoleil on the mosaic paving in the houses of Pompeïï in this scarf, inspired by her travels in Italy. The simple stitch pattern perfectly underlines the cobweb yarn, a marvel of lightness and softness, with playful crocheted fringe finishing off the short ends.
The scarf is worked from one short end to the other. The finished project measures approximately 224 x 33 cm (88" x 13") after blocking.
The written pattern also contains charts.
Yarn used: 1 skein of Annette Petavy Design cobweb, 1500 m (1640 yds) /100 g, 100% merino wool.

Hook: 2.5 mm (US B-1 or C-2) or the size needed to get gauge.
Gauge: 10 cm (4") = 4.5 motifs x 18 rows after blocking.
