Together we will discover textured bark, oversized leaves, and strange flowers. Rather than trying to imitate nature, this crochet pattern tries to capture the wonder of discovering an unknown and enchanting landscape.

Tropical Garden is a shawl shaped as an asymmetrical triangle, worked from side to side.

Size: approx 154 cm (60.5") wingspan and 67 cm (26.5") deep from top edge to deepest spot after blocking.

This is a written pattern with charts.

Tropical Garden will be a pleasure to make for anyone with an intermediate level of crochet, or even for motivated beginners (who have already made two or three crochet projects).

The shawl in the photos was crocheted with 2 balls of Annette Petavy Design Organic Cotton Gradient.

Gauge: The asymmetrical triangle obtained after the set-up should measure approximately 10.5 cm (4") wide at the top and 13.5 cm (5.25") vertically between the starting point and the top of the last row.
