A sock yarn with a difference!

Admiral Hanf is a blend of 67% wool, 23% biodegradable polyamide and 10% hemp.

The polyamide in this yarn is biodegradable only in the absence of oxygen, and will not degrade in everyday use

420 m (460 yds) / 100 g.

Admiral Hanf can be used for knitted socks or garments on 2.5mm needles, for a gauge of 30 sts and 42 rows per 10 cm (4").
You can also work it with larger needles or hooks to make shawls or other accessories.

This yarn is a good companion for the Zauberball 100 if you want to alternate between a semi-solid and a multi-coloured yarn in the same project.
